Thank you both so much for making our trip to Inch Kenneth last week such an unforgettable day of pure magic. Although I'd been brought up on Mull, I'd never been, and was amazed to be able to see so many new places in one day, and so many basalt columns which I hadn't realised existed other than on Staffa. It was a real privilege to be able to land on Inch Kenneth, and I'd like to think it will forever be one of Henry's earliest memories. He talked about it non-stop when they were here for the weekend on their way home (and now he's just started school), 'steering' the boat, catching mackerel, swimming; all the very best of memories for a 4 yr. old.

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my two trips last week to see the eagles. I rank this in my Top 10 all time wildlife experiences. This means it is up there with close views of lions hunting in Tanzania, Killer Whales off Vancouver Island and Hyenas ripping apart a dead hippo in the Ngorongoro crater.
I suspect many of your punters do not fully appreciate just how special the experience is - a formally UK extinct species hunting at close quarters. To me, any view of an eagle is very special. Seeing one hunting a few feet away is almost unimaginable. As Judith rightly said, so much better than seeing them sitting in a tree.
I shall be emailing some of my birding friends, to tell them how good it was.

All our guests felt the boat was one of the highlights of the trip. The opportunity to photograph the eagles on Mull Charters is surely unrivalled anywhere in UK waters. As you know it was so good many cancelled their ferry on the last day just to get another shot at the Eagles and again you delivered the goods. They all commented about the effort and enthusiasm with which the boat was run, and the sightings of Otter, Peregrine and Hen Harrier made the experience even more magical.
