To check availability and book please click the ‘book now’ button and choose the trip you want. If the type of trip isn’t available it means it is either fully booked, booked for another type of trip or not available. We can’t accept bookings via any social media or messaging platforms. Private charters require a minimum deposit of £150 on booking balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. Failure to pay could mean cancellation of your reservation and the places being offered to others. We are unable to take provisional bookings We operate from approximately the 1st April to the end of October, actual dates do vary for operational reasons. All departures are from Ulva Ferry. It is your responsibility to ensure you can reach the departure point in time for your trip, we cannot accept responsibility should you be unable to get to Ulva Ferry in time or for any cause which is outside our control, such as ferry cancellation, road blockages, breakdowns etc We strongly recommend you have travel insurance to cover such instances. Times of trips may vary due to tide weather or operational reasons. The time stated when booking is not guaranteed to be the time of departure. It is vital that you check your e mails the day before departure to make sure you know what time your trip is departing. If you can’t access e mails you can phone 01680 300444 late afternoon the day before. Again we can’t use any social media or messaging platforms to do this. Cancellation. If we cancel your trip for any reason we will try our best to re-schedule you to a mutually convenient time, where this isn’t possible we will refund your money in full. If you cancel your trip and we re-sell your place/s we will refund the places re-sold less a small administration charge to cover our costs. If you cancel your trip for any reason and we are unable to re-sell your place/s we will not refund your money. |
